Vücut Bakım Rutinim / My Body Care Routine

Herkese merhaba;

Bugün sizlerle vücut bakım rutinimi paylaşmak istedim. Hem böylece memnun kaldığım bazı ürünleri de tanıtmış olacağım.
En baştan başlayalım;

Hi;
I wanted to share my body care routine with you and by this way, I would be able to introduce you some products that I like.
Okay, so let's start from the beginning;

Duş jelim bittikçe değişiyor; standart olarak kullandığım tek ürün Yves Rocher Kahveli Duş Jeli ama onu şu aralar alamadım. Şimdilerde kullandığım duş jeli Rossmann'dan aldığım Isana meyveli ve yoğurtlu olan. Bunu TBS lifim yardımıyla uyguluyorum.

My Shower Gel brand changes all the time and I buy a new brand as soon as the old one finishes. The only shower gel that I always use is Yves Rocher Coffee Shower Cream, but I couldn't buy it recently. The gel that I use nowadays is Isana Vitamin&Yoghurt Shower Cream that I bought from Rossmann. I apply it within my TBS bath lily shown in here.

Sağ tarafta gördüğünüz selülit masaj aletini hergün duş sırasında ve duş jelini durulamadan önce kullanıyorum.( Fotoğrafta hala ıslak olduğu için siyah çıkmış :) Öbürünü ise peeling amaçlı sadece bacaklarım üzerinde haftada bir kez kullanıyorum.

I use my cellulite massager -shown on the right- everyday during the shower while the shower gel is on. (It looks black because it was still wet by the time I took this photo :) The other one is a kind of a peeling staff that I use once in week only on my legs.

Arada sırada duştan çıkmadan önce bebe yağını vücuduma sürüyorum ve duruluyorum. Verdiği yumuşaklık hissini çook seviyorum :)

Sometimes, I put the baby oil all over my body just before I get out of the shower and I wash it. I love the way it softens my skin :)



Vee kremlerim... Değişik kokularda vücut kremleri sürmeyi çok seviyorum ve vücut kremlerini mutlaka her banyodan sonra sürüyorum. Kremler hakkındaki yorumlarıma gelirsek;

And my body creams... I like to use different kinds of creams with different smells and I always use them after taking a shower in every morning. And about my comments on the creams;

The Body Shop Body Butter Şeftali / Peach: Her ne kadar kalıcı olmasa da kokusuna ve nemlendirmesine bayılıyorum. / Even though it's smell doesn't last for a long time on the skin, I like it's smell and moisturizing effect.

Victoria's Secret Love Spell: Bu kesinlikle bittikçe alacağım ürünlerden. Nemlendirmesi harika ötesi. Kokusu Kiraz Çiçeği, Şeftali ve Beyaz Yaseminden oluşuyor ve inanılmaz kalıcı. / This is my favorite cream and I will certainly buy a new one as soon as this one finishes. It mousturizes perfectly. The smell consists of Cherry Blossom,Peach and White Jasmine and it lasts for a very long time on your skin.

Vaseline Cocoa Butter: Emilimi biraz zor olsa da nemlendirmesi gayet güzel. Mis gibi kakao kokuyor ama ne yazık ki kalıcı değil. / The skin absorbs it so slow but it moisturizes well. It smells like cocoa but unfortunately not for a long time.

Neutrogena Deep Moisture Parfümsüz Vücut Losyonu / Fragnence Free Body Lotion: Bunu henüz açmadım ama daha önce kullanmıştım. Nemlendirmesi yine çok güzel olan bir ürün. Parfümsüz olması nedeniyle yaz aylarında kullanmak için ideal. / I haven't opened it yet but I've used it before. Again, The moisturizing effect is very good. Since it does not contain fragnance, it is ideal for summer use.

Nivea Happy Time Vücut Losyonu Portakal Çiçeği /Body Lotion Orange Blossom: Nemlendirmesini de kokusunu da çok sevdiğim ürünlerden biri. Fakat kokusu kalıcı değil ne yazık ki. / I like the moisturizing effect and it's smell but again it doesn't last for a long time just like the others.

Wellness&Beauty Vücut Sütü Vanilya ve Avustralya Fındığı / Body Milk Vanilla and Macadamia: Bu da bir Rossmann ganimeti. Nemlendirmesini çok sevdim. Kokusuna ise bayıldım. / I bought it from Rossmann. I  like it's mousturizing effect and I'm totally in love with it's smell.

Excipial Hydro: Bunu da cildimin bazı bölgeleri çok kuruduğunda kullanıyorum. Ufak bir miktarı bile o bölgeyi çok iyi nemlendirmeye yetiyor. Medikal bir ürün olduğu için yüzüme dahi güvenle kullanıyorum. / I use it when some parts of my skin dries. Even a little amout of it is enough to mousturize that part and I even use it on my face since it is a medical product.
